Turn Based RPG Prototype
This was a second year project where I produced a turn based RPG, not too unlike to Pokémon. I made it so abilities had interactions between each other. It's not obvious in the game but for example, poison dart does damage on the enemies turn for a couple turns, freeze ray stuns the enemy, preventing their turn, and using timed earth would crush the enemy who is encased in ice, doing extra damage. All three of these combined do a lot. This was my first foray into coding for the most part and a lot of it I did without much tutorial help besides how to make a state machine.
